Clear before
we start.

Can a Sprint focus on a deck or homepage?

We can discuss a deck or homepage as an alternative focus. It replaces the identity refresh scope, rather than being added to it. Pages, screens and handover files must be agreed before booking. Website development is separate.

What if we need a full rebrand?

Brand Build covers positioning, a full visual identity, five agreed applications and brand guidelines for £3,499 +VAT. Your £799 sprint fee comes off a Brand Build if you step up within 30 days of Sprint handover.

Will we own the finished work?

Yes. You get your final files in editable formats, with guidelines to help your team use them.

Do you build websites too?

We design it. Your developer or one of our partners builds it. We’ll introduce you if you don’t have one. Website development is separate from Milktree’s design work.

How does ongoing design work?

Essentials starts at £1,499 +VAT a month. We work on one request at a time, with around 48 hours for standard requests. We confirm timing for each brief. Every piece is checked by a creative director. Pause or cancel any month.

What if I’m not sure where to start?
