When you send an enquiry, Milktree uses the details you provide to respond and discuss your project. Contact us at hello@milktreeagency.com with questions about your information.

What you share

The form asks for your name, email, business and project preferences. You can also share your website, phone number and a short brief. We record the page and campaign parameters that brought you to the form so we can understand which enquiries our campaigns generate. Campaign tags and the landing page are kept in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes, then included with the enquiry you choose to send. This browser storage does not contain your form details.

Where your enquiry goes

Formspree stores the form submission. GoHighLevel holds the enquiry and its progress in our sales pipeline. We use this information to follow up on your request. Sending this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

When you send an enquiry, Google reCAPTCHA checks for spam. Google processes technical details such as your IP address, browser and interactions. Formspree checks the verification token. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Booking a call

If you choose to book a call, Cal.com handles the booking and sends the meeting details. Appointment information may be saved in GoHighLevel and the host’s connected calendar to help us arrange and manage your call.

Cookies and measurement

Optional tracking stays off until you choose to allow it. Analytics uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits and how the site is used. Advertising measurement uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and successful enquiries. We do not include your form answers in these measurement events.

You can accept, reject or choose these categories separately. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice. We remember that choice in your browser for up to six months. Blocking optional cookies does not stop you sending an enquiry or booking a call.

The hosting provider may process technical request logs to serve and secure the website. Links to external services follow those services’ privacy practices.

Your choices

You can ask us about the information held about your enquiry, request a correction or ask for its removal by emailing us.
